Transgender Inclusion in the Workplace

Through persuasive storytelling, our goal is to spark discussion that changes the narrative around transgender people. The media today does not depict the true community. We’ve talked to audiences of 1,000 and audiences of 30; both are powerful ways to increase visibility into this marginalized community and to drive inclusion in the workplace. Our goal is to drive change one story at a time.
advocate
Our advocacy work includes partnering with Corporations, Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, Employees and Business/Employee Resource Groups. We also work with health insurance companies from an employee or corporate perspective. Our goal is to advocate for true belonging in the workplace, where transgender people and their loved ones feel safe, accepted, and cared for.
consultant
Consulting ranges from evaluating physical space, updating personnel policies and practices, recruiting and hiring, inclusion/belonging events, corporate education, gender expansive training, and guiding corporations through successful gender transitions at work.
